Daniel Buckham Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance) and a Juris Doctor and is admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Daniel has appeared in applications made to the Magistrates Court of Queensland, District Court of Queensland and Federal Court of Australia and instructed Counsel in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of Queensland.

Prior to commencing his career in law, Daniel had an 8-year career working in Banking and Financial Markets with Suncorp Bank and QIC (formerly Queensland Investment Corporation). This experience has provided Daniel with both excellent quantitative analysis skills and risk management skills which contribute to Daniel’s ability to expertly analyse and advise commercial legal matters.

Daniel is highly motivated by establishing effective client relationships through the provision of high-quality advice, enabling clients to make informed decisions whether relating to transactions or disputes.
